This August Soccer fans from all around the world eagerly look forward to the World Cup every year. While the women's world cup once suffered from fewer fans, the top females playing the sport today often have nearly as many fans as the male players do. When the Women's World Cup Canada organizers announced that it selected Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton for some of its games, fans quickly bought tickets to ensure they wouldn't be left out.
