Alberta Avenue, Edmonton Real Estate Listings

North Central Edmonton

Alberta Avenue is a unique inner-city neighbourhood in Edmonton. It predates most communities and was originated back when there were only 1,000 people living in the entire city. Because of the pre-WWI development boom that swept the prairies at the time, Alberta Avenue’s look was set with many small residential lots lining the tree-filled streets, varying in size from massive two-story houses to tiny bungalows.
