Northeast Edmonton

Real Estate

Since 1981, Edmonton has been on a steady incline both economically and in the real estate market. After the devastation wrought by an F4 tornado in 1987, the city and its residents bounced back, proving to be resilient and deserving of the city's official slogan, "City of Champions." What was once a collection of river lots became a thriving community of North East Edmonton real estate that amalgamated into the city in 1961. Today, much activity is centered on the many parks of this landscape.
