Bellevue is a small residential neighbourhood that sits just north of the Highlands Golf Club. Also just a short distance away from Kinnaird Park, Borden Park, and the North Saskatchewan Riverfront, Bellevue is certainly a premium place to live if you’re somebody who loves to get outside and stay active as often as possible. And despite it’s great location on Edmonton’s north east side, it’s also a neighbourhood that’s still relatively affordable.
One of the City's smaller neighbourhoods, Bellevue was developed prior to 1950. Eastglen Composite High School, which serves students in much of east central Edmonton, is a dominant feature of the area. Bellevue is highlighted by stunning views of the river valley and the city skyline.
