Erin Ridge’s local school is the King of Kings Lutheran School. This combination church and educational facility provides childcare and classes for children from Kindergarten to grade 6 with a target on traditional religious learning. Erin Ridge Amenities and Public Transportation

To the west of St. Albert Trail next to Erin Ridge is one of St. Albert’s main shopping districts. This massive complex of shops has such key retailers as Future Shop, The Home Depot, Save On Foods, RONA’s, Mark’s and the St. Albert Wal-Mart Superstore. One of the biggest benefits to the residents of Erin Ridge, especially to those who are employed in the medical field, is the inclusion of St. Albert’s main medical facility: Sturgeon Community Hospital. The building has 167 beds, making it one of larger hospitals in the Edmonton Region, and provides services that include a cardiac clinic, coronary care unit, day surgery unit, general radiology and several emergency departments.

The A7, A8 and A14 buses run through Erin Ridge. The A14 passes along Erin Ridge Rd and St. Albert Trail on its way to service Erin Ridge North while the A7 and A8 service Erin Ridge and Oakmont, swerving through the centre roads of each community.

Erin Ridge Demographics

Erin Ridge has grown substantially, transforming it into one of the most populated neighbourhoods in St. Albert. Almost half of the residents of St. Albert are under the age of 24, putting Erin Ridge in line with North Ridge, Deer Ridge and Heritage Lakes as having the highest concentration of young adults and small children in the entire city.
