This west end community is primarily a condominium hot bed. Most Callingwood homes for sale were developed in the mid 70s to mid 80s, but there are some newer developments as well. Well known complexes include Lexington Greens with its spacious grunds iron fencing and attached garages, and Suder Greens right across from the YMCA. Callingwood Edmonton real estate also includes townhome complexes like Woodstock and Callingwood Court.
The area is actually comprised of "Callingwood North" and "Callingwood South" in our Edmonton MLS® database, but most people just refer to it as Callingwood.
