This west end community is primarily a condominium hotbed. Most Callingwood homes for sale were developed in the mid-70s to mid-80s, but there are some newer developments as well. You can walk to the local shopping center for groceries at Safeway and the farmers market on the weekends is a major draw. From this area, it's approximately a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Edmonton. Its northern border is Whitemud Drive and it is bordered by 178 street to the east and 170 street to the west.
